1. Return Eligibility
 ● Returns are accepted for damaged, incorrect, or defective items. In certain cases, return requests may be reviewed based on the situation.
 ● The returned books must be unused and in their original packaging.
2. Eligibility Non-Returnable Items
 ● E-books, digital downloads, and personalized books are non-returnable.
 ● Opened or used books are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process

 ● Provide your order details and a video showing the issue.
 ● Video Requirement: We require a video showing the package opening process clearly displaying the reason for the return (e.g., damaged or     incorrect item). We recommend sharing an unboxing video at the time of delivery to support your return request.
 ● Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of the return shipment to our office address.
 ● Once we receive the returned item, we will conduct a quality check. If the item is found to be damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will dispatch   a replacement order within 7-9 working days.
 ● Refunds or replacements will be provided for eligible returns.
In most cases, we offer replacements. Refunds may be processed in cases where a replacement is not available.

Instead, a replacement item will be sent if the returned item qualifies.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–9 working days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
